Pathways is designed to create a clear and meaningful journey for women at every stage of faith. Whether you're brand new to church, newly exploring your relationship with God, or looking to go deeper, this structure helps you easily see where to begin and how to grow.

Rooted Pathway

Designed for women new to their faith, or looking to get connected to other believers.

Rooted Pathway Opportunities:
Titus 2 Mentoring Groups

Titus 2 Mentoring Groups:

Each group will consist of 4-7 women and 1 or 2 mentors. 

You will not only have access to a one-on-one relationship with your mentor,
but also to a community of women in your same stage of life.

This commitment involves:
Required retreat within the first 2 months
Monthly Meetings for 9 months (calendar will be set at first meeting)
Monthly scripture memory
Monthly meetings with another woman from your group
Monthly marriage challenge (for married groups)
Creation of a Personal Ministry Plan by each mentee.

Growing Pathway

Designed for women desiring to dig deeper into their relationship with God and reading the Word.

Growing Pathway Opportunities: 
Growing D-Groups

Growing D-Groups:

Along this pathway, you will join a group of 4-7 women and deepen your faith journey.
You will gain confidence/assurance in your salvation, learn Bible study tools to help you study
the Bible on a deeper level, and learn how to apply the Bible to your everyday life.

This commitment involves:
Daily homework assignments for Monday - Friday
Weekly meetings for 9 months with your group (discussion, accountability, and prayer)
Will require bible study tools including colored pencils, highlighters, and journal
Will require a commitment to move out of your comfort zone and a willingness to search for the wonderful truths of God's Word

Flourishing Pathway Opportunities:
Flourishing D-Groups

Flourishing D-Groups

Similarly to the growing pathway, you will join a group of 4-7 women on this journey towards building a consistent walk with God.
Through Flourishing D-Groups, you will grow in spiritual leadership, pour into others, and learn to live out your calling in confidence.

This commitment involves:
Daily homework assignments for Monday - Friday
Weekly meetings for 9 months with your group (discussion, accountability, and prayer)
Will require bible study tools including colored pencils, highlighters, and journal
Will require a commitment to move out of your comfort zone and a willingness to search for the wonderful truths of God's Word
